Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To start a return, please contact us at info@zarenfeld.com. Returned items should be in a condition suitable for resale. Customers may inspect and try on items as they would in a physical store. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. After the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges
Changed your mind and would like to exchange an item? No problem! Please contact us at info@zarenfeld.com with details of the product you would like to receive, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Return process

  • Contact us first: Please email info@zarenfeld.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Follow the instructions: Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Pack the item securely: Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@zarenfeld.com. Please note that cancellations are only possible within 10 hours of placing the order.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help. Please take a photo of the issue and send it to info@zarenfeld.com. We will ensure that you receive the correct or replacement item.
